Here is a few shampoo bar tips! Everyone is different and results may vary with shampoo bars. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Let bar dry between uses.
You can lather the bar in your hands or on your head. Concentrate on cleaning your scalp not your hair. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. You can use apple cider vinegar rinse once a month or add oils to the ends for additional moisture.
These shampoo bars may have a learning curve and an adjustment period. My husband had no issues at all. I personally was extremely greasy for a few weeks- once I made the switch. I used arrowroot powder and cocoa powder during the transition. After about 2-3 weeks my hair and scalp had calmed down. I won't go back to using products containing sulfates and the many questionable ingredients found in most shampoos ever again!
