I hope you have found some me time! Here is a big one… I definitely struggle with…. Sleep more! I always want to make this a priority but not so easily done… 😴 Here are my go-to tips that help me get in some much-needed ZZZZZZ’s 😴 Delta wave sleep music is amazing! Sleep Sanctuary Binaural Beats is my ultimate favorite. Check with your doctor first! I just love ashwagandha in the evenings. Getting in a good workout that day, always helps me crash. Eye pillows are wonderful, they help me keep my eyes shut. Diffusing essential oils for calm and relaxation. No electronics pick up a book instead. Warm cup of tea- decaf! Relax, breathing exercises, body check or meditation. Mellow yoga. What helps you get sleepy?
